Jacobs Heating and Air Conditioning would like to reassure our customers that we will be continuing to provide all our available services during the current COVID-19 climate.
However, in keeping with current CDC health guidelines, we ask that if you are feeling unwell, please postpone any non-essential heating or cooling services. During any appointments, our technician and installation crews will be asking customers to wash their hands prior to handling any of our service tablets or paperwork. We would also ask that you allow our technicians and installers to wash their hands when they enter and exit your home/business. Our installers and technicians have been instructed that compliance with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) guidelines on social distancing are MANDATORY in order for us to keep serving our community. Please help them comply with our state laws by observing all OHA social distancing guidelines while they are in your home or business. With the introduction of the COVID-19 vaccine, we have encouraged all of our employees to receive the vaccine when they are eligible.
In an effort to minimize our employees’ time away from their homes, we are temporarily adjusting our office hours to close at 5:00 PM (1 hour early) Monday through Friday. Effective May 30, 2020, we are operating for limited hours on Saturdays. Please call to check for availability: 503-234-7331
